Let’s learn how to give feedback on the document for which an answer is based. This feedback can only be given by agents within the dashboard and is only available to LLM-enabled projects.

1. In the conversation list > 2. In conversation history > 3. Select the answer you want to give feedback on.
At this time, the feedback button will only appear for responses based on documents within your project. It will not be displayed during web searches, Q&A, or daily conversation responses.
When you press the feedback button located at the bottom of the dialog window, you will be taken to the detailed page below.

- You can check the user’s question and the generated answer.
- The name of the document on which the answer is based is displayed.
- The page content on which the answer is based is displayed.
- If the correct answer is included in a specific page other than the displayed page, you can freely move to the desired page through page navigation and provide feedback on ‘content related to the question.’ 👍 If feedback (content related to the question) is given, the page will be ranked higher for future questions of the same or similar level. 👎 If feedback (content unrelated to the question) is given, the page will be ranked as an answer candidate. is excluded from.
- A list of documents on which the answer is based is listed. However, if you delete a document from the Knowledge Base > Document tab, the document will also be deactivated (marked as a deleted document) in the list.
- If the page that created the answer is appropriate as the basis for the answer, you can click the 👍 (content related to the question) feedback button. If the page is completely unrelated, you can click the 👎 (content unrelated to the question) feedback button. Feedback is overwritten with the last, most recent agent feedback given, rather than counting.

In addition, in the document list, you can check the agent information and time that last gave feedback.
Now let’s learn how to check your feedback history.

In the Knowledge Base > Feedback management tab, you can see a list of which feedback was given to which page for questions and answers.
- “View Details” shows a more detailed view of information for that specific question and answer.
- “Clue Feedback” will take you to the clue feedback page that was shown above. You may also view positive 👍 and negative 👎 feedback.

Upload a list of clue feedbacks for your project. A sample Excel document is available to download. This helps speed up the process of bulk uploading feedback data.
