Our newly introduced app market allows users to be able to explore the possibilities of utilizing LLM app within their daily work flows. Discover new use cases from our default list of apps within Alli and/or keep track of the different apps created and being used.

Divided into eight categories – General, Customer success, Marketing, IT, HR, Legal, and Other – we have a wide range of apps for a variety of industries and tasks. The apps are pre-registered with basic configurations and prompts, so you can quickly and easily use them by simply selecting the apps you want to use and adding them to your app collection.
‘Conversation’ displayed at the bottom of the app means it is created through Alli Skills, and ‘Single action’ is classified as an app created through Single Action Skills.
In exploring the App Market, we will explain the process of adding and editing the ‘Extract tasks from email and integrate with Jira’ app into the App collection.

In App discovery, you can click on the one you want to use from the list of apps provided by default and add it to the App collection. When testing, you can only check the basic operation. In order to modify the app to use for a specific use case, we must add to App collection to edit.
When you press the “Add to App collection” button, the app will now be added to the project. You can check and edit it through the Skills tab as shown below.

For more information on editing skills and understanding their functions, please see related user guides here.
The app is now shown within the App collection tab as well as mentioned earlier.

When editing app information, you can edit the app name, description, and categorize.

To utilize a skill or single action you have created in the app collection, you can change the skill you created to ON or ‘turn on’ the single action you created, then set the app name, description, and category to register it.
For information on Single Action skills, please see user guide here.
