The user view function for the App Market is a great way for admins to see how it will look facing the users. This functionality allows you to confirm that all changes and customization made are satisfactory.

The App Market user view can be easily reach from the app market tab.

1. You will see the apps that your admin has added to your app collection.
2. You can see the categories they have been assigned. You can choose a category for your app when you add it to the app market. The number displayed to the right of the category name indicates the number of apps that belong to that category.
3. You will see the top 3 apps per category in ascending order of app name. If you want to see all the apps in that category, click ‘view all’.
4. You can select the ascending or descending order of the app names displayed on the screen.
5. You can filter the type of apps you want to see (All, Interactive, Answerable).
6. Search for the app you want by searching for the app name or app description.

If an “interactive” app that you added to the App Collection is transparent, it means that the skill popup URL for that app has not been generated. The app is not available to users in this state, so you’ll need to generate a skill popup URL and re-register the app in the App Collection. To generate a skill popup URL, select the appropriate app from Skills dashboard and click the ‘Generate’ button.
